As a registered electronic security company which is regularly audited by the The National Security Inspectorate (NSI), SFG Security offers a Exceptional 24hrs maintenance service offered in a three tier cover plan.
Gold Cover: 24hours 365 service to contract customers and no charge for parts and labour during this plan period. Exclusions apply, See Contract Wording.
Silver Cover: 24hours, 365 service to contract customers and parts and callout fees are applicable.
Bronze Cover: 08:30 - 16:30 hours 5 days a week. All callouts are chargeable for both time and materials.

As a company SFG Security has a 0.001% fault rate which is FANTASTIC this day and age, however faults can come up through no fault of the system or customer, no-one wants problems especially at inconvenient times, i.e. when leaving for work, holiday, business meeting etc.
SFG Security is a small family run business and offer a 3 Tier service package, Gold, Silver and Bronze just in case something does go faulty.
We Offer:-
Gold: Totally relax with 24hrs cover and response the same day, all parts and labour included. Check terms and conditions for limitations and exclusions.
Silver: Totally relax with 24hrs cover and response the same day, two years guarantee on parts. Check out terms and conditions for limitations and callouts are chargeable at out advertised rates.
Bronze: Relax with 24hrs technical support, response normally the next day, one year guarantee on parts and labour, Callouts chargeable at our published rate.

We offer a one to one service that has been supplying quality systems and service for over 45 years and we roughly cover a 50 miles radius of the Wolverhampton, however we have been known to go the extra mile subject to contractual prearrangements. Response is bespoke and associated with contract type chosen.
At SFG Security we value our customers and you will not need any contract numbers to identify yourself and get service.

Charing rate for 2023
Current Service Pricing
- (Where emergency response is required and has been pre-rescheduled.):- £60 First hour and part hour thereafter 08:30hrs - 16:30hrs (Monday - Friday)
- (Where emergency response is required and cannot be rescheduled.) £80 First hour and part hour thereafter between the hours:- 16:30hrs - 21:00hrs (Monday - Friday)
- (Where emergency response is required and cannot be rescheduled.) £120 First hour and part hour thereafter (21:00hrs - 08:30hrs)
Scheduled work during normal weekday hours will be based on this labour rate for the first hour/part hour unless a fixed price has been quoted beforehand. Material costs are not included in these prices.
Where work has to be scheduled at short notice, i.e. Emergency silencing of alarm, to suddenly fit in with other trades, customer schedule / lifestyle or available access, or where it necessitates in a change of our planned schedule, then pricing will be based on this hourly labour rate plus additional hour. Material costs are not included in this price. This rate may also be charged per part hour for short or overrunning work.
